Gamechanger is an intensive five stage journey designed for leadership teams to take over seven months. The purpose is to help transform and benefit corporate, church, and social cultures by empowering and championing female leaders. 

The course - to be completed with your team and a trained facilitator -  involves pre-course reading; facilitated sessions; video and written teaching; and group work in between the monthly sessions.

We will be presenting five key conversations and five essential shifts that will transform the culture of your leadership team.

The cohort will take seven months start to finish, and will include five facilitated meetings and guided group work in between.

We will begin hosting cohorts in the first months of 2025.

Game Changer is designed to have leadership teams, boards, businesses, non-profits, denominations, or other grouping of leaders take it together in a cohort.
