Scripture tells us that life began when God breathed into creation, and that same breath continues to sustain us moment by moment. Breath is our origin story, our present provision, and our promise of life to come. When we breathe fully and intentionally, we participate in God’s design for healing and wholeness.
Modern science affirms what Scripture has long revealed: that proper breathing can calm the nervous system, restore balance in the body, and support deep healing. In learning to breathe well, we relearn how to live—grounded, attentive, and open to God’s sustaining presence.Â

Josh Fly is an experienced fitness director and breath coach who will guide participants through this course that connect breath, spirit and faith.
Josh says: I’m excited to guide you through the power, purpose, and practice of breath. I’ve spent my career coaching and teaching in the realms of faith, fitness, endurance, adventure, and human performance, and it’s been fascinating to discover how central breath is across all of them. I’ve been blessed to learn from incredible coaches, teachers, and pastors, and it’s an honor to bring those lessons together here — sharing my passion and curiosity about breath with you.
