What is The Creative Way Down?

The Creative Way Down is an in-depth, three-part discipleship journey based around the Beatitudes and the world of Recovery. It challenges participants to take seriously the invitation of Jesus in their lives to embody their created and creative purpose, to join Jesus in the Beatitude life. It is a dive into the depths of ourselves and into the depths of God, combining incisive theology, ancient spiritual practices, and communal engagement. 

This particular cohort is being facilitated by co-creator Aaron White, and is open to members of the Boundless Leadership team and the Barnabus Retreat participants. It is arranged into three modules: Surrender, Generosity, and Mission, each of which will take one month, and each of which includes:

• Weekly video teaching;
• Three daily biblical reflections;
• Daily spiritual practices; and
• Weekly zoom meetings hosted by Aaron White.

The time and dates for the weekly meetings are 5pm PT:

Surrender: Feb 10, 17, 24, Mar 3, 10

Generosity: May 5, 12, 19, 26, June 2

Mission: Sept 15, 22, 29, Oct 6, 13
